Stress is your body's response to external pressure. Too much stress for untrained individuals can often contribute to many health problems and sometimes even be fatal. 
But besides a lousy reputation, stress is a common reaction and can be positive. Learning to recognize and acknowledge your stress creates a more helpful response in your body.
We train and teach how to detect the presence of stress, have confidence in our ability to handle it, and not deny the pressure but redirect energy away from stress and toward the task at hand.

The comfort zone prevents us from moving forward and growing, and we usually stay put. If we do not avoid it and if we are not careful, it might come to a point where we will become ineffective and unproductive in every aspect.
