Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Delta Survival School 1. General Terms: All bookings for courses, seminars, workshops, personal training sessions, and private events must be made through our online system or by contacting us. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Confirmation: A confirmation email with session details will be sent upon booking. Please verify all details and notify us of any errors immediately. 3. Modifications: To change booking details, contact us at contact@deltasurvivalschool.com at least 5 days before the session. Date or time changes are subject to availability and may incur a 20% fee if requested less than 15 days before the session. 4. Cancellations and Refunds: Courses, Seminars, Workshops: More than 30 days before start: Full refund minus 10% fee. 15-30 days before start: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund. Personal Training: Cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session is counted and non-refundable. No refunds for purchased training packages, even if discontinued or relocating. Private Events: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 15 days before the event. No refunds for cancellations within 15 days. 5. No-Show Policy: No-shows will forfeit the booking fee. No refunds or rescheduling are provided. 6. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made 15 days before the session. Less than 15 days will be treated as a cancellation and subject to fees. 7. Force Majeure: Delta Survival School is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events like natural disasters or pandemics. Refunds or rescheduling options will be at our discretion. 8. Health and Safety: Ensure you are fit for the chosen activity. Medical clearance may be required for some courses. 9. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to participants who do not comply with safety guidelines or pose a risk. 10.
