Cancellation Policy
By registering for the Tour du Mont Blanc package with Delta Survival School, participants agree to the following cancellation terms: -Cancellations Made 3 Months or More Before the Expedition Start Date: Participants who cancel their registration three (3) months or more before the expedition's start date will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less a non-refundable registration fee of €150 to cover administrative costs. -Cancellations Made Between 2 to 3 Months Before the Expedition Start Date: Participants who cancel their registration between two (2) to three (3) months before the expedition's start date will receive a refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total amount paid. -Cancellations Made Between 1 to 2 Months Before the Expedition Start Date: Participants who cancel their registration between one (1) to two (2) months before the expedition's start date will receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount paid. -Cancellations Made Between 15 Days to 1 Month Before the Expedition Start Date: Participants who cancel their registration between fifteen (15) days to one (1) month before the expedition's start date will receive a refund of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount paid. -Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Expedition Start Date: Participants who cancel their registration less than fifteen (15) days before the expedition's start date will not be eligible for any refund. Medical or Accident-Related Cancellations: In the event of a medical emergency or accident that prevents the participant from attending the expedition, Delta Survival School will offer either: -A refund of seventy-five percent (75%) of the total amount paid, or A transfer of the participant’s registration to the following year's expedition. This will only be granted upon presentation of valid medical documentation. Additional Terms: Participants must avoid engaging in any activities that could potentially lead to injury prior to the Tour du Mont Blanc expedition. Delta Survival School shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained as a result of such activities, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver and acknowledgment of this cancellation policy before commencing any preparation activities or the expedition itself. By registering for the Tour du Mont Blanc package, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions!
