Delta Survival School is an independent training organization based in Luxembourg dedicated to developing Civilian Operational Readiness.

Preparedness at Delta Survival School is presented as a responsibility and a civic capability that contributes to societal resilience.
Training focuses on practical capability development across preparedness, personal safety, survival capability, and crisis awareness.

THE DSS READINESS FRAMEWORK
Civilian Operational Readiness is built through a structured capability framework.
At Delta Survival School, preparedness is developed across three core capability domains that together strengthen a civilian’s ability to anticipate disruptions, prepare systems in advance, and manage challenging situations effectively.
CIVIL PREPARADENESS
Preparation of individuals and households to remain functional during disruptions.
This includes family emergency planning, home preparedness, resource management, and the development of practical preparedness systems that allow civilians to maintain stability during the initial phase of disruption.
OPERATIONAL READINESS
The ability to assess situations, maintain situational awareness, and make effective decisions under pressure.
Training focuses on structured response thinking, prioritization, and the ability to act calmly and effectively when systems or normal conditions are disrupted.
SURVIVAL CAPABILITY & ADAPTABILITY
Development of practical survival capability and adaptability in both natural and urban environments.
Participants learn skills that allow them to remain capable, resourceful, and adaptable when facing unexpected conditions or environmental challenges.
