Hostile environment survival training in Luxembourg

H.E.S.T. — HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT SURVIVAL TRAINING

Hostile Environment Survival Training

H.E.S.T. is a two-day intensive field course built on SERE principles — Survive, Evade, Resist, Extract. Developed for civilians who already have a survival foundation and are ready to operate at a higher level.

Two days in demanding field conditions builds more than skills. It builds the ability to think clearly under pressure, make decisions when the situation is unclear, manage fear and fatigue without losing function, and adapt when nothing goes as planned.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The BLISS Principle — How to select, build, and manage a camp or static position that cannot be detected. Blend in, low silhouette, irregular shape, size, and secluded location applied in real field conditions.

Tactical Survival Skills — Advanced shelter construction, low-signature fire, knife skills, and water procurement techniques for compromised and hostile environments.

Evasion & Navigation — Tactical movement through hostile terrain, situational awareness, and off-grid navigation without electronic devices.

Emergency Descending — Emergency rope descending techniques and Swiss Seat construction for rapid vertical movement in the field.

Escape from Restraints — Technical principles of escaping illegal restraints including ropes, zip-ties, and duct tape using leverage and specialized movement.

Combat Krav Maga — Practical self-defense and hand-to-hand combat designed for real hostile situations.

Field Trauma Care — Critical first aid for trauma injuries in remote or hostile environments where professional medical assistance is not available.

Skill Test — A final practical assessment combining all modules under simulated pressure. Everything you learned over two days — applied and tested.

HOW IT WORKS

This is a two-day intensive field course. Every module is hands-on — you build, move, descend, defend, and apply under real conditions and simulated pressure. You finish this course having been tested, not just trained.
