This is an application, not a confirmed booking. No payment is taken here. DSS will review your information, discuss the final package and booking terms with you, and explain the medical certificate and insurance requirements before confirmation.

YOUR APPLICATION DATA
We use your application to assess suitability, plan safe participation and contact you about Mission TMB. Wix Forms stores the submitted information for DSS. Access is intended for DSS staff who need it for administration and safety. Health information is requested with your explicit consent; photo permission is separate and optional.
Our privacy notice proposes deletion of unsuccessful applications within 90 days of the decision and health declarations within 3 months after training, unless an incident, legal claim or legal duty requires longer retention. Automatic deletion is not configured. Contact DSS to ask about access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal.

CANCELLATION POLICY.
Our expedition cancellation schedule and additional conditions are reproduced below. The complete website terms are still under prelaunch review.

Medical or accident-related cancellations
In the event of a medical emergency or accident, participants may receive a 75% refund or transfer their registration to the following year’s expedition with valid medical documentation.
Additional expedition terms
Participants must avoid activities that could lead to injury prior to the expedition. Delta Survival School is not liable for any injuries resulting from such activities, and no refunds will be provided. All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging this policy before starting any preparation activities or the expedition itself.

These commercial cancellation conditions are subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Their inclusion does not establish the enforceability of every clause.
