DSS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
CLEAR TERMS.
INFORMED PARTICIPATION.
Booking and participation information for courses, coaching, team programmes and expeditions.
1. Who provides the service
Delta Survival School S.a.r.l. (DSS) provides civilian training and related services. Our registered office is 52 rue Marie Adelaide, 2128 Luxembourg. Contact us at contact@deltasurvivalschool.com or +352 661 894 313. See our legal information.
2. Your programme and booking
Read the programme description, price, eligibility requirements, equipment list and booking conditions before committing. An enquiry or Hell Weekend application does not itself confirm a place. Check the confirmation supplied for your chosen programme and contact us if any information is unclear.
3. Price and payment
The final booking information should state the total payable price, payment method, any deposit and payment deadlines. The old terms mention deposits for some services; no new deposit amount or payment schedule is established by this draft. Use the conditions supplied for your booking.
4. Ordinary scheduled courses
| Notice before the start | Refund |
|---|---|
| At least 14 days | 100% of the course fee paid |
| At least 7 days, but fewer than 14 days | 50% of the course fee paid |
| Fewer than 7 days, or non-attendance | No refund |
Send cancellation requests by email to contact@deltasurvivalschool.com. Notice is measured from receipt of the request to the scheduled start of the course.
Rawterrains expedition cancellations
The following policy is taken from the supplied DSS Survival Expedition document. Calendar-month thresholds are measured backwards from the expedition start date.
| Notice before the start | Refund |
|---|---|
| 3 calendar months or more | Full refund, minus a €150 registration fee |
| At least 2 calendar months, but fewer than 3 | 75% of the total amount paid |
| At least 1 calendar month, but fewer than 2 | 50% of the total amount paid |
| At least 15 days, but fewer than 1 calendar month | 25% of the total amount paid |
| Fewer than 15 days | No refund |
Medical or accident-related cancellations
In the event of a medical emergency or accident, participants may receive a 75% refund or transfer their registration to the following year’s expedition with valid medical documentation.
Additional expedition terms
Participants must avoid activities that could lead to injury prior to the expedition. Delta Survival School is not liable for any injuries resulting from such activities, and no refunds will be provided. All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging this policy before starting any preparation activities or the expedition itself.
By registering, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
These commercial cancellation conditions are subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. Their inclusion does not establish the enforceability of every clause.
Coaching, consultations and bespoke programmes
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests to contact@deltasurvivalschool.com, including your programme, date and booking reference. These services have separate booking conditions. The coaching and bespoke-programme clauses remain drafts pending confirmation.
5. Changes made by DSS
The existing published terms offer a refund or transfer when DSS cancels a course or expedition. The final terms must explain the applicable process, timing and options for each programme, including significant itinerary changes. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
6. Participation and safety
Check that the activity is suitable for your capabilities. Provide the information requested for selection and joining, follow instructor instructions and use the specified equipment. Ask for clarification where a task or instruction is unclear. Eligibility and medical clearance requirements are programme-specific.
Hell Weekend participation is voluntary and participants may request to stop. The programme page and selection dossier explain its conditions. This draft does not introduce a blanket waiver of responsibility or a promise that risk can be eliminated.
7. Expeditions
An expedition needs clear joining information covering what the price includes, travel arrangements, accommodation, equipment, suitability, route changes and cancellation. Insurance arrangements and participant cover requirements must be verified for the relevant trip. No insurance coverage is promised by this draft.
8. Consumer information
The final contract must explain any applicable withdrawal rights and exceptions for the particular service. A cancellation policy and a statutory withdrawal right are separate questions. The classification of an expedition, including any travel-package rules, needs specific review before sale.
See Luxembourg’s official distance-selling guidance. This draft does not decide that every DSS service has the same withdrawal rules.
9. Images, personal data and feedback
Personal data is addressed in our privacy policy. Photo and video permissions should be explained separately where applicable. Attendance alone is not described here as unrestricted permission to use someone’s image. Participant review submissions are not yet enabled.
10. Questions and complaints
Contact contact@deltasurvivalschool.com with the booking details and the resolution you are seeking. The final terms must identify the provider and any applicable dispute-resolution information without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
