DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?
You do not need to arrive confident, fit or experienced. We start with your current situation, your goals and what is realistic for you.
You want practical ways to recognise pressure and respond with more control.
You want structure you can follow, including when motivation is low.
You want to rebuild trust in your ability through achievable, meaningful challenges.
You want a clear direction, regular support and a way to see your progress.
THE BRIDGE / GUIDANCE INTO ACTION
We turn a broad goal—“I want to feel more capable”—into routines, practical tasks and challenges you can work on.
Develop routines and follow through on the commitments you set.
Practise recognising stress and using regulation tools during tasks.
Build evidence of what you can do through progressively demanding challenges.
Practise communication, cooperation and purposeful engagement with others.
Learn to maintain your own routines and review your progress.
THE METHOD
Every session connects awareness with action. The challenge develops as your capability grows.
Notice the early signs of pressure and what changes in your attention or behaviour.
Practise breathing, posture, slowing decisions and breaking tasks into manageable steps.
Complete a meaningful task: navigate, decide, communicate or solve a practical problem.
Debrief with your coach: what helped, what was difficult and what to change next time.
Practise again, with the level of complexity adjusted to your progress.
Pressure is introduced progressively and adapted to the individual. The aim is useful practice and growing capability.
A STRUCTURED JOURNEY
A personalised programme built around a 12-month framework. Your starting point, session rhythm and challenges are agreed individually.
01 / DISCIPLINE
Establish a daily routine, learn the coaching method and develop foundational physical and practical skills.
02 / PRESSURE
Use your skills in progressively demanding exercises and field challenges, followed by structured debriefs.
03 / OWNERSHIP
Take more responsibility for planning, decisions and reviews. Build a routine you can continue independently.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
Your programme combines guided sessions with work between them. Activities are selected for your goals, experience and current capability.
Regular coaching and training with Instructor DELTA, with clear tasks and feedback.
Depending on your plan: fitness, hiking, navigation, survival skills, self-defense and practical decision-making exercises.
Agreed routines, a performance log, skill practice and manageable personal challenges.
Review consistency, assigned practice, physical development and performance under pressure. Adjust the next steps together.
